Attaching PDF's to your customer emails

Here's how you can create and send a PDF within your customised emails to your guests with Google Drive

You will need access to Google Drive.

Add the document you want to share with your guests to Google Drive.

Once the document is complete, on the righthand side under the share you need to change the editing rights to viewing.

Then go to share and change this to share to anyone with the link

Once you have the link it will look something like this

You need to remove the edit?usp=sharing and replace it with export?format=pdf

That's the link sorted now you need to add it to you customised email within your Inn style account.

Go to Account > Customised Emails

Edit or set up the customised email (see this guide on how to set up customised emails)

Once you have the sentence in place which talks about the PDF you are attaching you can then

  1. Highlight a relevant word in the sentence

  2. Press the link button

  3. Paste in the link and press link.

  4. Save the email

When your guests now receive your email they will be able to click on the link to view the PDF.
