Now if you are fully booked your guests can join the waiting list

To help further support your business we have developed a feature which will allow guests who can't book because you are fully booked to join a waiting list!

To install the Waiting List on your Account you need to go to Account > Extensions > Waiting List

How does it work?

Once the feature is installed, when your guests go to book they will now be able to click on fully booked dates which will return a form for them to complete.

Calendar View

If you are using our calendar view and the guests hover over booked dates there will see this.

Once they click on the date, a form will pop up for them to complete which looks like this. They can adjust the dates, room, number of nights and guests here.

When they click next it will ask them for their details; name, email and phone number.

Once submitted they will receive a message which looks like this.

Enquiry View

This works exactly the same as calendar view once you get past the first screen.

This is how the first screen of enquiry view looks if the date is completely sold out.

Once a guest has been added to the Waiting List you will then be notified in the notifications area and you will be able to see all guests who are on the waiting list by going to Insights > Waiting List. You can find out more about managing your waiting list here
