Find out how you can see who's on the waiting list and who's been contacted.

Once a guest has requested to join the waiting list for a date which is sold out, you will receive a notification in the Notifications tab here.

Which will look like this

You will then be able to view the full details by pressing view from this tab or you can see the full list of people on the waiting list by going to

Insights > Waiting List

When you view the Waiting List you will see this screen

This grid will tell you if the room is available and if it is if the guest has been notified.

You will be able to see the Guests contact details if you press View here.

How will my Guests know if the room becomes available?

If the room is available for more than 30 Minutes (We have a time delay of 30 minutes in case you are moving guests rooms around) then we will trigger an email to the guest which notifies them that the room they were interested in has now become available for the dates of their stay.

Your grid will then look like this

Within the email there will be a link to your booking engine and their stored enquiry dates.

If there are multiple people on a waiting list they will all be emailed and it will be on a first come first served basis.

How can I easily see who's on a waiting list?

There is a waiting list view on the dashboard where you can see all of the dates where guests have joined the waiting list.

You can click on the reservation to see all the details.
