Please read this guide thoroughly if you’d like to connect Inn Style to Airbnb. iCals will only sync if your account is set to LIVE

First things first

It’s important to remember this is still only an iCal connection, not a full two-way integration like we have with Booking.com and Expedia.

How does it work?

Inn Style will only send your live availability to Airbnb. We are not able to send them your pricing, or any other information.

How do I get set up?

You will need to add your outgoing iCal feed into Airbnb first.

  1. Log into Inn Style

  2. Navigate to Distribution

  3. Select Outgoing iCal Feeds (you will have one link per bookable)

  4. Log into Airbnb

  5. Click on Calendar and choose the property you want to manage

  6. Select Availability Settings

  7. Scroll down to Connect Calendars

  8. Click on Connect another Calendar

  9. Paste the calendar address from Inn Style into the space provided

  10. Click Add Calendar

When selecting your url calendar links please select (SINGLE UNIT ONLY)

Done! Now whenever you add a booking or a closure to Inn Style, your Airbnb listing will be automatically updated to match (every 30 minutes).

If you want to have an Incoming iCal feed from Airbnb, you can go to Account>Extensions and install the Importable iCalendar to pull in your bookings from Airbnb.

Please see our guide on how to set that up.

Important: iCals do not understand the 'closed rule' and only understand Dashboard Closures to block out availability - this is especially relevant if setting SECRET CODES as Airbnb does not understand closed rate types, so if you use Airbnb you must block out availability on secret code days to stop them selling to non secret code guests!)
