If you have a double room that can accommodate a third person, you might want to charge a little extra. Just select Additional Adult (Nightly) or Additional Adult (Stay) from your Configuration Settings to get started.
Additional Adult (Nightly): The price added for each night of the stay for every adult above the ‘based on’ number that is specified in the Rate Type. For example, if the Rate Type is ‘based on 2 people sharing’, each adult above an occupancy of two people will incur the Additional Adult (Nightly) charge.
Additional Adult (Stay): The total price added per stay for every adult above the ‘based on’ number that is specified in the Rate Type. For example, if the Rate Type is ‘based on 2 people sharing’, each adult above an occupancy of two people will incur the Additional Adult (Stay) charge. The price specified will be the same, regardless or whether it's a 1-night stay, or 7-night stay.
