If you’ve got a T&Cs page on your website, you’ll probably want guests to agree to them before they confirm their booking.

It's easy to set this up:

  • Go to the Account tab, then click Communication from the menu on the left hand side.

  • Scroll down to Your website, terms and social networks and add the URL to your terms and conditions into the available box.

  • Click Save details.

Now guests will have to tick a pop up box to agree to your T&Cs before they can complete their booking.

How do I find the URL of my terms and conditions?

Navigate to where your T&Cs are located on your website. Find the address bar at the top of the window and highlight the URL. Right-click to copy this – then simply paste it into your Communication section.

What if my T&Cs are in a document rather than a webpage?

If your terms and conditions are in a word document, PDF or similar, you'll need to create a URL to use. Either you or your web developer can add this document to your website, which will allocate it a URL.
