How do I get started?
The first step is you need to apply for a Bidvest account. Here is the checklist and the needed supporting documents for the Bidvest Onboarding process:
Board Resolution - Owners of the company - with delegated signing mandate.
Shareholder Certificates
We need to do KYC on the RSA based nominated representative.
Copies on the IDs and addresses of their current residential.
BMS Signed merchant agreements/ Application forms.
BMS Signed terms and conditions.
Company Registration documents.

When your account is approved with Bidvest, you need to connect to Inn Charge.
Go to Account on the top menu
Click Payment Methods on the left hand side
Hit the Inn Charge logo and then click Apply Now
Fill out the online form and wait to be approved. Please note this can take up to seven working days
How much will Inn Charge cost?
Inn Charge fees: R165 per month + 0.2% transaction fees
Bidvest fees: R150 once off set up fee + a 2.3% negotiated blended card processing fee
Can I use my own bank account?
Yes you can. Just provide proof of your banking details including all the supported documents requested above.
