Communicate directly with your guests via Whatsapp

Do you want to be able to contact your guests more easily via the Inn Style application?

Well now you can with our simple Whatsapp integration.

How do I get started?

You will need to install the Whatsapp Extension in the Extensions area. You will see this in the top level navigation (if you have a user role with permission to access the Account area)

How does it work?

Once you've installed the Extension you need to go to Settings.

You can select where you'd like the Whatsapp button to appear

  1. Booking Engine
    If you select the Booking Engine, then guests will be able to send you a Whatsapp message as they go through the booking journey. This maybe helpful if they have questions regarding particular rooms, facilities or extras and may stop some cart abandonment and therefore improve your conversions.

  2. Manage Reservation Area
    If you select Manage Reservation, when the guest logs into the portal to manage their booking the Whatsapp message button will appear do they can ask you questions directly.

Phone Number
You also need to add your phone number - it needs to start with + Country code and then phone number without the 0.

That's it, you can now start communicating directly with your guests via the application and online booking engine.
