The Room Analysis report allows you to report on all bookings staying within a date period. You can report on confirmed, cancelled or provisional bookings for either a chosen room or all rooms.

Unlike the reservations report this will identify the specific bookings within a reservation and does not include as much information.

When viewing the report on the screen you will see the bookers surname, state of the booking, booking id, room, arrival and departure dates and the occupancy.

Downloading the bookings will give you more information and will be downloaded directly onto your computer.

The downloaded csv will provide you with the following information

Date of Booking

Booker Name

Booker Email

Booker Address

Booking ID

Reservation ID

Room

Booking status i.e Confirmed, cancelled, provisional

Cancellation reason - if cancelled

Source of booking - i.e online, Booking.com, Expedia etc

Arrival Date

Departure Date

Nights

Currency

Booking Cost

Rate type

Number of Adults, children, Infants and Dogs

Guest Requests

Accommodation private notes

Discount Code
