Is your property difficult to find by postcode? Do you have Glamping pods or pitches you'd like to guests to be able to navigate directly too? Our new What 3 Words integration allows you to plot the precise location which we then output onto your emails.

How to set it up

Firstly go to the Extensions Store in Account > Extensions and install the What 3 Words extension.

If you have one property location such as a guest house then you can set your What 3 Words on the property.

To do this go to Account > Communication you will now see a Set Precise Location Tab
โ€‹

Once you press the tab you will be redirected to a map page where you can drag and drop your marker to your exact location. You can view this page by Satellite or Street map.

Drag your marker to your location and then you can close the screen and it will save your precise location automatically. You can exit the map by pressing on the X.

If you have properties in different locations on your Inn Style account and you use the unique address in the accommodation set up, then you can use the precise location here. Using this means you can also plot individual Glamping pods, cottages or camping pitches too.

Go to Accommodation > Then Edit your bookable
โ€‹

Tick this box and then add your unique address here. If it's the same postcode but you want to add the precise location still add your address and press save accommodation.

Go back to the Accommodation and Edit the bookable again. You will now see the map box to set the precise location. Drag the marker to the exact spot. There is no need save it will save automatically.

Sending Location on Emails

Now you have your precise locations set up, these will appear on the following emails
Our Generic Confirmation and Reservation reminder emails.

If you use our customised emails, this appears within the {{Bookings_summary}} magic tag on confirmation emails and reservation reminder emails.
