Expiry of Provisional Bookings

Keep on track of your provisional bookings by setting expiry dates for them.

Do you have lots of provisional bookings? With our provisional booking expiry you can now keep track of those bookings. You can set the number of days after you'd like them to expire and we notify you in the Notifications section 3 days before the booking actually expires.

How does it work?

Firstly you will need to install this in the Extensions Store:

Then you can head to Account > Guest Experience.

In the 'Expire provisional bookings' area add the number of days after creation you'd like the booking to expire. So for example 30 days:

When you've made provisional bookings they will then display in a list in Insights > Provisional Bookings, like the screenshot below and you are then able to View (by clicking on the Booking Number), Confirm or Expire the provisional booking from this screen:
