Do you have lots of provisional bookings? With our provisional booking expiry you can now keep track of those bookings. You can set the number of days after creation you'd like them to expire and we notify in the notifications area 3 days before the booking actually expires.
How does it work?
Go to Account > Guest Experience
In the Expire Provisional bookings area add the number of days after creation you'd like the booking to expire. So for example 30 days
When you've made provisional bookings they will then display in a list in Insights > Provisional Bookings, like this
You are then able to view, confirm or expire the provisional booking from this screen.
If you expire a provisional reservation you will still be able to search for it and reinstate it.
