We have a range of CSV reports designed to help you analyse your booking data, optional extra sales and customers including their marketing permissions.

These are still in beta testing so please contact support if you would like these enabled on your account.

  1. Revenue and Room Nights
This report gives you a daily breakdown of how many rooms have been sold, the booking value pre tax, tax amount and after tax, along with the average daily rate, Revpar and occupancy percentage. We also tell you how many closed rooms you had on each day too.

  2. Revenue and Room Nights by Source
This report gives you a daily breakdown of bookings by their source along with booking value, number of rooms booked and the average daily rate. You'll quickly be able to see how many bookings were made directly and via Booking.com or Expedia. This report is based on stay dates. (Our quick sources report is based on sales with a date period)

  3. Revenue and Room Nights by Company
This report is linked to our Companies feature which is coming soon. If you regularly have staff from companies stay with you then this will provide you with a way of reporting on how many bookings you've received from them. It is similar to the Booking sources report but it tells you how many bookings for each company you have.

  4. Optional Extra Sales
This report will tell you how many optional extras you've sold for the month, this is based on sales for the period and not the guests stay date.

Please note: This report report only reports on predefined optional extras you have set up and added to the bill. It doesn't include adhoc extras you have added.
See how to add predefined optional extras here.

  5. Customers
This report will give you an export of all your customers details (including their marketing permissions if you have this activated in Account > Guest Experience). The report includes guests names, address, email address, marketing preferences, source of the booking.
