We have improved our room closures in order for you to add more detailed information about why the room is closed.
You can now select the following reasons for your closure.
Generic
Maintenance
Biohazard
Uncleaned
Occupied
Event
To activate you need to go to closures from the dashboard.
Where you see the Detailed Closures toggle button, you need to slide this across to on so it goes green.
Now when you click on a room to close you will see a pull out drawer. Here you can now add different reasons for the closures and add additional notes for your staff.
When the closure is added it will look like this and you can hover over it to see the additional notes.
You can also add detailed room closures to Bulk Closures.
