Have you wondered what the Paper Trail functionality is?

Just click on the View Paper Trail button and you can see all the details about the reservation journey - Who made it and when, has it been changed in any way? Did you send them a confirmation email? etc etc. It's a great way to view what changes have been made in the past. We hope you find this useful.
