If you’d like your guests to be redirected to a page on your website where you can upsell or give additional information about their stay, you can set this up in our Guest Experience area.

Go to Account > Guest Experience > Custom Confirmation Redirect Url

In order to give the guests the vital information about what they’ve booked once they get to your confirmation page, you can use the following parameters we provide in the url.

For example, if you enter the following url:

https://yoursite.com/booking-confirmation

Then, at the end of the booking process, the url we send your guests to will look like this:

https://yoursite.com/booking-confirmation?acc_name=DemoB&B&res_id=12345&nights=2&[...]
