Adding units to your rooms means that if you have multiple twin rooms, camping pods or tent pitches which are all the same you can add the room description and occupancy once and add multiple units to it.

Here's how

Go to Accommodation then if you don't have any rooms set up got to Create new accommodation and if you already have a room set up you want to add multiple units to, click on the Edit Room button.

You should then see this page, where it says do you have multiple units? If so, how many? Add the amount you have here. For my example I have 4 Budget Double rooms so I've added 4 here.

Once you've added the number of units you have you need to click on the button which says Name your Units, you will then see boxes appear where you can put your room names or numbers in. (They will be pre populated with numbers but you can delete these and put here whatever you like.)

Please Note: The individual room names or numbers won't be visible on the guest booking journey they will only see the Room name so in my example it's Budget Double.

Complete the descriptions, occupancy and then press Save Accommodation to save your changes.

If you go back to your Dashboard it will show like this, press the show units button to see all the rooms in this group.
