Add your Policies

Policies are shown to guests during the booking journey and on your customised emails.

Log In to your Inn Style account and go to Account > Policies

Tick the box within each section which applies, or customise, or omit each policy.

For example, if you don't accept children at your property and you tick the box "sorry No children or infants". Note that the booking engine will only allow adults to be selected and the accommodation settings won't allow you to add children or infants to the rooms.

Likewise if you accept pets you will either need to tick the pets welcome box or add a custom policy in order for dogs to be added to the room occupancies in the Accommodation settings.

Select your Accepted Payment Methods. Note that this is used for display on the booking engine only so your guests know what options that have to pay.

Add a link to optional custom policies if needed – this is great for specifying your cancellation terms or listing car park charges etc.

Click "Save your policies".

Below is a an example of where policies are displayed to the guest within the booking journey. They are visible at the bottom of each booking page on Inn Style, so guests can easily see them when they make a reservation with you:
