If you’ve got a T&Cs page on your website, you’ll probably want guests to agree to them before they confirm their booking.
It's easy to set this up:
Go to the Account tab, then click Communication from the menu on the left hand side.
Scroll down to Your website, terms and social networks and add the URL to your terms and conditions into the available box.
Click Save details.
Now guests will have to tick a pop up box to agree to your T&Cs before they can complete their booking.
How do I find the URL of my terms and conditions?
Navigate to where your T&Cs are located on your website. Find the address bar at the top of the window and highlight the URL. Right-click to copy this – then simply paste it into your Communication section.
What if my T&Cs are in a document rather than a webpage?
If your terms and conditions are in a word document, PDF or similar, you'll need to create a URL to use. Either you or your web developer can add this document to your website, which will allocate it a URL.
