First locate your guest’s reservation by clicking the date on the Dashboard, or using the Search tab and searching their name or email address. Once you’ve opened the booking, scroll down to the bottom right corner, where you'll see the options to Email Statement or open a PDF Receipt (which you can then download and print).
So what’s the different between a statement and a receipt?
A statement refers to a reservation that still has an outstanding balance. Once the balance has been paid, it becomes a receipt. Simple.
