Do you require guest names, dates of birth, or child ages? These details are often required at some accommodations.
Here's how to get started:
Click the Account tab, then Guest Experience.
Underneath Guest Information, tick the box that says Collect guest data.
Click Save Changes.
If you want to ask more specific questions, like whether guests are travelling for business or a holiday, you can set up a Booking Question.
Here's how to get started:
Go to the Accommodation tab, then click Booking Questions.
Click Create New Booking Question.
Type out your question.
Choose whether it’s an open ended question, or one with pre-supplied answers.
If you pre-supply the answers, be sure to enter each possible answer on a separate line.
Choose where you want these questions to be displayed.
Select the accommodations that the question applies to.
Click Save this Booking Question.

If you want to know what time your guests will be arriving, set your Check In/Out Times and Inn Style will do the hard work for you. Simply go to the Accommodation tab, and click Check In Times from the menu on the left hand side.
