Everyone loves a special offer. Setting up a Promo for quieter months or days of the week will entice your guests to book.
Getting Started
Go to Prices > PROMOS > ADD NEW PROMOTION
You will then be given a list of Promos to set up:
Quick Discount
Last-Minute
Early Bird
Free Night
Quick Discount
Add a name for your Promotion
Select whether you want the name of this to be visible to guests (the default if you select no is "Price Drop".
Select the discount method:
Monetary Amount per night
Percentage discount
Override the price
Enter the amount of discount - if you have selected override the price then you need to enter the amount you want the price to be in here.
Add the Rate Type you want the discount to be applied to (you can select more than one).
Add the rooms or room the discount is applicable to

6. Add the stay date range the offer applies to
7. Add the days of the week
Feature Promotion
8. Tick the box if you would like to feature the promotion and have it show as a banner on the booking engine.
Voucher Code
9. Add a code here if you would like guests to follow a link to book the special offer
The URL you would then need to give your guests is:
https://(yoursubdomain).innstyle.co.uk/promos/special
Change "special" to whatever you have added in the voucher code box
Allow access to this promo via url
10. Select yes if you are sending out a link to your customers to view this promo
Promo is active
11. Leave this box ticked in order for the promo to be active, and if featured, to be shown on the booking engine.

12. You will now see how your promo will look to your guests
Curated Background images
13. Here you can change the background depending on the theme of your offer. If you leave it as the default No Background then it will have the blue background.
The themes you can pick from are as follows:
Winter
Summer
Christmas
Spring
Autumn
Food
Wine
Easter
Valentines
Golf
Celebration
Dogs
Underwater
Last Minute
Here you can add the maximum days in advance to book, so for example if you add 7 in here. It will only discount bookings within a week of the stay.
Early Bird
Here you can add the minimum days in advance to book so for example if you add 30 it will give guests an early booker discount if they book more than 30 days before their stay.
Free Night
In this promo you can add the number of nights a guest has to stay before they get a free night. To make sure the Free Night offer applies, the day selected must be the last night of the free stay. For example a '4th night free if booked on a Monday' means you would select Thursday for the day of the week.
Please note that the Free Night Promo does not work when using LOS (Length of Stay) pricing.
