We're excited to introduce Amenities, a new feature that allows you to highlight the facilities, services, and unique offerings available at your property directly within your booking journey.
Amenities are not pushed across to your channels, it will only show on the direct booking journey.
Whether you offer free Wi-Fi, secure parking, a swimming pool or pet-friendly accommodation, Amenities help guests understand exactly what they can expect before they book.
Let's get started
To access Amenities, navigate to Accommodation > Amenities.
The next screen is where you set it up
Step 1 - Select your room/unit/cottage etc (you can select more than one room/unit/cottage etc to update together)
Step 2 - Search and select your amenities (You can select up to 15 amenities per accommodation)
The selected amenities for your accommodation will show in the Accommodation setup:
Accommodation > Edit next to the room/unit/cottage etc > Amenities (you have to scroll to the bottom of the page)
From here you also have the option to remove and add them.
What does it look like on the booking journey?
By clearly displaying your property or room amenities:
Increase guest confidence during the booking process
Help guests find accommodation that matches their needs
Reduce pre-booking questions and enquiries
Improve the overall guest experience
Every property has something unique to offer. The new Amenities feature helps you communicate that clearly and effectively to potential guests.
Important: In the next phase, we'll add the ability to arrange Amenities in the order users want them displayed to guests.
