Please note that this is purely for UK based properties!
You can now view the details of your guests' vehicle when they make a reservation so you know which car to expect when they arrive and here is how you can set this up!
Firstly you will need to create a Booking Question asking for their vehicle registration number. So you will simply head to Accommodation > Booking Questions > New Booking Question.
Insert the question in the "Your question to the guest at time of booking" box.
Ensure you have selected the Answer type "Guests can enter their vehicle registration"
Ensure Display Options are all ticked so that it is visible everywhere
Tick all the bookables/rooms that you want this question to be applied to
Tick the Required box
Make sure the Active and visible box is ticked:
Great! So now when guests make a reservation now on your website, this will be a question that they now need to answer:
The system will then automatically generate the details of the vehicle for you on the reservation:
And that is that and now you know which car to expect when your guests arrive!
