Are you wanting to open up some new dates or extend your availability for bookings? Here is everything you need to do or look out for in order to do so.
First things first, do you have prices loaded for your new dates in the bookables that you are wanting to make available? Lets have a look:
You will head to Prices > Grid and enter the relevant date frame:
You will then be able to see if you have prices loaded or not:
If you are seeing yellow blocks on your Price Grid, you will need to head to Prices > Price Update > New Price Update in order to fill in those prices for those specific dates.
Once prices have been updated, this should open up availability immediately; however, your Restrictions could also still play a part in blocking your availability, it might show something like this on your website:
So just to make sure, you can head to Accommodation > Restrictions and double check the Take bookings until date:
All complete? You might want to push that new availability through to your channels too such as Booking.com and Expedia! All you need to do is head to Distribution > Manage Connections > Sync All Prices and enter in the new dates (don't forget to tick the correct boxes!).
