If you are connected to a 3rd party via the Ical, we are notifying you of any imports, where Inn Style couldn't create a reservation number and therefore can't allocate the booking onto to your Dashboard Calendar.
These important alerts show you how many reservations failed to import via the Icalendar — typically because those dates were already manually blocked off or already have a booking on your calendar.
What should you do?
Click on View next to the notification.
This will take you to the Ical Listing in Distribution > Incoming Ical Feeds where you can see which iCals have failures and how many.
Please Note: The number you will see under Failed Items are only for future dates, and not past dates.
Next, you click on the iCal reservations listing (filing cabinet icon), to see which Ical event does not have a reservation number next to it.
In this example, the one that does not have a Reservation ID next to it, is not allocated on the dashboard calendar. You need to check if there is already a booking or if the date are blocked off
If the dates are blocked off you first need to remove the closure or cancel the manual booking, before you click on the green arrow in your Icalendar Reservations listing, to create a Reservation ID. That will place the booking on your Dashboard Calendar.
