Track emails sent to your guest from within your Inn Style account

What is Email Tracking?

Email tracking shows you what happens after you've sent an email to your guest.
You can see if they’ve been sent, delivered, opened, clicked on links, or not delivered (bounced).
This helps you confirm that critical information (like reservation confirmation, check- in details or payment links) actually reaches your guests.

What You Can Track:

Delivered – Did the email reach the guest?

Opened – Did the guest open the email?

Clicked – Did they click links (e.g. Payment request)?


Not Delivered (Bounced)


This information will be seen within the guest's reservation, underneath the booking details. If you click on Email Tracking it will show you all the email communications.

If the email was not successfully delivered we will notify you in the Notifications and you can view the reservation and make sure that the email address is correct.

Tracking doesn’t guarantee that the guest read the email - just that it was opened.
