Guests can select their preferred unit when they book!

Is your accommodation set up as units? Do you have returning guests that want a specific unit every time they book a stay?

Now, we have a great feature that allows your guests to select the unit when they make their booking.

How do I set it up?

  1. Go to Account.

  2. Navigate to Guest Experience > Booking Allocations.

  3. Tick the box "Guests can request a specific unit".

  4. Don't forget to Save changes.​
    ​


Once you enable this feature, guests can request their preferred unit during the booking process

When the booking is confirmed, it will be allocated to the preferred unit.

Important: If the requested unit cannot be allocated at confirmation, the normal allocation rules will apply.
