Is your accommodation set up as units? Do you have returning guests that want a specific unit every time they book a stay?
Now, we have a great feature that allows your guests to select the unit when they make their booking.

How do I set it up?
Go to Account.
Navigate to Guest Experience > Booking Allocations.
Tick the box "Guests can request a specific unit".
Don't forget to Save changes.β

Once you enable this feature, guests can request their preferred unit during the booking process
When the booking is confirmed, it will be allocated to the preferred unit.
Important: If the requested unit cannot be allocated at confirmation, the normal allocation rules will apply.
