How to confirm reservation requests made by guests who have booked online.

If you’ve chosen to turn off instantly confirmed online bookings, here's how you can confirm or decline your booking requests instead.

Simply scroll down to the Pending Reservation Request section (underneath the calendar on your Dashboard) and click the name of the guest. At the top of the page you’ll see the buttons to Accept or Decline. You can also tick the box to send an automatic email informing the guest of your decision, or untick it if you’d rather tell them yourselves. You can find the guest's contact information by clicking the Details, Edit or Email buttons underneath their name.
